Very disappointed customer

Contacted Bergen's Appliance Repairs and Spares Florida to quote me to repair my undercounder fridge. I was charged a callout fee and an amount to repair. After this the problems were not resolved. Contacted them again and was basically told I dont know what I am talking about. Needless they came to collect the fridge to "test". Received the fridge back 1 week later still not fixed and with an added broken hinge. Contacted the owners to replace and to get a resolution for the fridge problem. Again technicians came out and said the same thing each time and started experimenting on my fridge (with the intention to charge ) because they did not want to admit they didn't know what was wrong. Eventually after about 2 months of this back and forth they send an industrial technician who seemed to know what he was doing. Took the fridge to his workshop, got it back the very next day only to have the driver break the foot piece off of the fridge. It took me contact them to get feedback after I gave the drive the broke foot piece. Very disappointing.
