Very Disappointed Bergens customer

I have never ever been so frustrated with this company!!! I have taken my washing machine to the Durban North Branch 4 times and was promised it would be fixed. I STILL have a leaking machine and every time I do washing I have to step over the water. I will NEVER use them again let alone refer anyone to them. I am very disappointed and sorry I ever took it to them having wasted money on getting it repaired and still faulty!!!
