Very bad customer service at the Strubenvalley branch

The staff at the Strubenvalley branch needs serious customer service training. Not only do they not know how to speak to customers, they slam the phone down in your ear when you complain about the way that you are treated as a customer.

Not once did I get any feedback from them if I did not contact them first and when I did contact them it felt that Iike they were doing me a huge favour to assist.

The staff then tell their side of the story to the owner and when you then contact the owner he immediately takes their side and is not interested in what you have to say. The owner then also puts the phone down in your ear. This is the example that the owner sets for his staff I guess.

When you then send him a whatsapp he blocks you.

Please be warned about how you will be treated when using this branch.

It is a very unpleasant experience.
