Terrible service

They collected 6 appliances for repair on the 30th May. I had to call constantly to find out what was happening. After 5 weeks I finally got an answer about 2 if the appliances and authorised repairs. They returned the 2 repaired and all the other appliances and the washing machine was still not working. After they sent someone out they told me that yet another part needed to be replaced. So the parts that were replaced did not repair the problem. I am demanding a solution but get no response from them.
