Terrible service

Our Bosch dishwasher (3 years) was collected by them on the day that was arranged, we then had to wait almost a month to get it back, due to parts and no staff availability. Paid for the machine to be fixed (general errror) sensor to be replaced. Used the machine once and now the PC board is faulty. Waited 2 weeks to confirm the problem. According to them it is due to loadshedding, but the machine was not in used (not plugged in) for the past 3 months while waiting to be repaired. Lost my money as i had to pay them to fix it, but not worth fixing it now due to the cost of the additional repairs. Will never use them again.
