Terrible service

My oven's thermostat was replaced by them. They had to come 5 times to my house as it was not working properly and every time they came they said that it was working fine. Up to this day it is still not working properly, you have to cook the food for double the amount of time at a higher temperature and when I phoned head office (I dealt with the Randpark Ridge branch, must have phoned about 10 times and the guy was not interested at all, talked to me with bad attitude every time). I am still waiting for Aimee to come back to me (I phoned more than 2 weeks ago).
