Terrible service

I had Bergen Appliance Repairs Randburg come out to look at my tumble drier (the door kept on popping open). They charged me R550 to come out and stand and look at the drier for three minutes. Then they told me that it was the clip (which I told them it wasn’t) and proceeded to remove the clip with pliers and break it in the process. They then charged me R650 for a new clip however unsurprisingly the problem persisted. Turns out it was the rubber seal that was the problem. They refused to reimburse me the R650 because apparently their staff that came out said it was broken (so the fact that it was the rubber seal is irrelevant). I also had them fix my microwave which cost me R1000 and two months later it broke again. Staff member I complained to just said “sorry you feel that way but there’s nothing that can be done”. They are a complete ******* and I will never use them again. I would also recommend that no one else use them based on my experience.
