Switching of appliance parts at Bergens Rooderpoort

I took my washing machine to Bergens on Ontdekkers Road. Whilst they claim to have fixed the problem with the bearings , they returned my machine and switched out my drum for another without informing me and it still leaked. They claim that they replaced the drum although there was nothing wrong with my drum and I did not ask them too. They are obviously switching appliance parts to the unobserved and insist that the size is the same. They most definitely put my drum in someone elses machine because mine is a bigger commercial washing machine. What ********* behavior , amounting to theft.
