suspected theft + ***** repairs

Bergens Durban has had my washing machine for a month now, they have collected it 3 times from my house after they returned it twice still not fixed. The 3rd time they collected it my watch + ring went missing - only me + their technician in my house that day so can only have been taken by him. Owner of business when I reported this was not too worried or helpful. I will fight them to the nth degree to get my machine fixed now, even if they have to fetch + return it 100 times! Rather do not use Bergens!
