STAY AWAY OF THIS COMPANY

About two months ago I contacted Bergen's Appliance Repairs regarding a Bosh Dishwasher machine that tripped the electricity.<br> Within a period of 3 and a half weeks I started to get desperate getting daily promises that \we'll deliver tomorrow\" which that tomorrow never came. Eventually the miracle happened and the machine was finally delivered to us. Payment made. <br> But the joy was short lived as the machine did exactly the same as before: tripping the power switch.<br> We called them again. Got a promise that the next day it will be returned. <br> Now, two weeks later we still beg on a daily basis to get our machine back and of course the return of payment done just for the honor of Bergen's Appliance to host our washing machine on their premises. Or perhaps they're just ****** and the poor washing machine has became spare parts for other ones, meanwhile this sine die postponement MAY convince a client to lose interest altogether.<br> I do not know if this is lack of professionalism or sheer incompetence or both, but the bottom line as far as I am concerned, no more Bergen's Appliances. Stay away and pass this warning to the children and the children's children.<br> <br> "
