Scrupulous Appliance Repairs

On the 10th of January 2024 i contacted Bergen's Southgate to repair a broken stove. The technicians were at my home with a couple of hours to collect a call out fee as I told them what needs to be fixed. After numerous calls and messages, they returned to repair with the parts which broke again within 24hours. Ever since it has been a struggle with empty promises to return and repair. In total they charged R 1612,00 for nothing. The stove is still broken, and they refuse to return and correct their inferior workmanship.
