Repaired items breaking again

I would not recommend to anybody to use Bergen's. We had our fridge collected and repaired, which cost nearly R 1000,00. Only two weeks later, the same problems recurs - again we have to throw away a fridge-load of food - and of course this time round, nobody is available to come and collect the fridge. As it is still under warranty (for three months, which doesn't reflect great confidence of Bergen's in their own work), it is not surprising that they are not in a hurry to collect it any time soon: no money to be made of us this time.
