Really the worst service experienced in my life!

<p>This company come to piack up our washing machine nearly 2 months ago. Everytime I call them to enquire they have the excuse that they are waiting for a qoute for one of the parts ( that miraculously broke when they opened up the washing machine ). When asked why they do not go to the supplier of the parts in stead of just emailing them to get a qoute the answer is " I cannot leave the shop to get a quote ". In the meantime it has been early 2 months since they took my washing machine. In the end my husband was forced to go to their shop to try and find out what is going on. When he got there it was the most unprofessional experience and shop - everything is in shambles - inclding our washing machine! We then immediatly decided to ask them to return our washing machine because it is clear that they do not have the expertise to fix the problem. I then received a cellphone message with a picture of an invoice that I could hardly read. This invoice had to be paid before they will return my washing machine . I requested that the invoice be emailed to me specifying the work done as well as a quaranee for the work done. No response at all from there side. It is clear that they are not willing to do so and are ********ly keeping my washing machine. In the end the only option will be to lay ******** charges against them. Please be ware of these people. You will regret the day that you use them to do any repairs for you!</p>
