What a pleasure to deal with the team at Bergens Appliance Repairs (Rivonia branch) After the apathetic - if not rude- treatment from Defy National Call Centre & the complete lack of interest from AW Davenports, when my large fridge/freezer packed up 1 day before the long Christmas weekend, I was very impressed with the professionalism & care/concern from Angie & the repair team of Njabulo, Francis & Daniel. Within an hour the team were here, they worked professionally & efficiently, tidied up after themselves, were polite & very helpful, bringing my spare fridge down a flight of stairs. As my fridge is too big to take off site, Angie (who couldn’t do enough to help) arranged that the team come early this morning & by 1/4 to 9 my fridge full of Xmas food was thankfully back in working order, less than 24 hrs after I’d first contacted Bergens Rivonia. A very pleasant experience & I would highly recommend this firm for your appliance repairs
