Poor service from Bergens

sent my washing machine in for repair On collection and pick up they broke the fitting to connect my tap. Promised to fix on return Washing machine was in for 2 days, eventually I had to phone in to ask what was going on. Was told a day later it would cost R1850, paid that. They dropped machine off when only my domestic at home and of course never fixed the fitting that they had broken Sent two messages to inform Bergens (Lana) of the problem, both messages were read but went unanswered I will now have to call out a.plumber to repair the fitting Very poor service from Bergens amd cant be recommended as a result. what is probably a R25 fitting they lose a customer for good??
