Poor service

I have had the worst experience at this repair place, I have sent my washing machine for repairs with them in December 21 and received my machine on the 23rd of December 2024 in good working order. On the 24th of January 2025 the same issue arised again and they which was drainage they find a button and claimed that that is what caused the machine to break and I must pay another fee. According to their policy under Guarantee they have a 3 months guarantee on work done however in this case the owner told us to pay or they will sell our machine. They to do keep to their word
