Pathetic Service

Not a great experience at all. My wife called to have our dishwasher fixed and was told that there would be a callout fee of R550 and the repair would be carried out on site. After assessment, my wife was told that they had to take the machine in (to replace a broken sump hose) Not once did they get back to her with any updates, relying on her to constantly call to find out what had happened to the machine. Eventually, after a week, she was told that this part (a simple-enough hose) was no longer being manufactured and that the machine was no longer able to be repaired. I don't believe that much effort was put into this and their efforts in communicating to their client was past pathetic - yet they still charged the call-out fee. We are not impressed with their lack of service and will most certainly NEVER use them for anything again.
