Pathetic Customer Service

<p>When trying to get a washing machine picked up for repairs, I dealt with a lady from Bergens, situated in Randhart. The pick-up was arranged, but the machine was never fetched. Upon phoning back two days later, after no messages or collection, the shopkeeper blamed me for not answering my phone (apparently I terminated the call when she phoned) and said that no-one was home (which was not the case.) She was rude and and aggressive and then asked if I still wanted the machine picked up. I said yes, just to hear her sigh and say "I don't know... mmm..." </p> <p>I phoned the owner of the store and his reply was that the lady had been working there for a very long time, that he does not receive complaints about her and he isn't at the shop much so he would have to go and hear what her version of the story is. </p> <p>All I want, is A WORKING WASHING MACHINE?!</p> <p> </p>
