Pathetic!!!

<p>Bergens Alberton - Poor service - dont know what they are doing. Had to call 4 times in less than a week to fix the same issue on my washing machine. Paid for parts that did not need to be replaced. Machine still has same origional problem so still not fixed. Manager blaming me for the machine not working each time I call. They do not what they are doing. Manage is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Asked for a refund so I can repair it somewhere else but manager refused. Manager told me I can call their head office to complain, she doesnt care and told me that she doesnt want to hear that the customer is always right story. How on earth did she land the job as a manager of this branch?:? So still waiting for my machine to be fixed. Avoid if you want to save yourself money and frustration!!</p>
