Paid for no service received

We logged a repair with Bergens in Northriding for our oven. They technician came out 4 times to repair the oven. He left our kitchen in such a state that some of our wood panels broke off. He then came to repair the panels but the oven is still broken. We paid them over R1200 for a repair that is still not done. We told Malie the \manager"about this and she has a stinking attitude saying that the oven is repaired. They then got Andrew from another branch to come out"
