Overprice on repairs & And removing parts from appliance

I've recently moved to Rivonia and had a problem with my tumble drier. Because these guys was down just down the street I went to them to assist me with the problem. As they told me I needed to bring the tumble drier in, they gave me a ridiculous quote, I could have basically just added a few hundred rand more and bought a new one. So I've declined the quote and got the dryer back. A few months later I've decided to get another opinion. As it stand the part that was broken cost me like R100.00 to replace. When they wanted to replace that part the also let me know that the drive belt is gone. I really cant believe not only have they over quoted me but ****** the belt off. PLEASE TO FUTURE CLIENTS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
