No refund received yet

I went into the Centurion branch on the 30/1/2016 purchasing a drain pump for my dishwasher. The lady behind the desk asked the person responsible for fixing appliances for the unit price and his response, without looking it up on the system, R650. I purchased the item and drove to another local supplier, charging me R202 for the same item. I returned to Bergens and the lady promised me that she would process the refund 1/2/2016. Up until today, she did not process. I enquired on the refund on 2/2/2016 and received a reply that they are awaiting cash to do my refund. On 9/2/2016 I enquired again with no response. I would never refer a client to this branch!!!
