No business ethic. Very poor service.

I phoned to ask them to come out to fix our washing machine, as we had broken the door striker. I was offered two options: Free collection and delivery, where the repairs are done at their workshops, or if I wanted it fixed on sire, a call out fee of R 550 would apply. I opted for the call out. When the technician came, and we told him what was wrong, he immediately told me that this has do be done at the workshop, and they took the machine away. I called a day later, and was told that they were collecting the part. I called again the next week, and I was given a quotation. I accepted, and asked if the part had been collected. I was rudely advised that I should know that they will only order the part one I have accepted their quote. So why tell me the previous week that the part was being collected? They refused to take the call out fee off my bill, even though nothing had been done. I paid anyway, so that there would be no delay in getting the machine back. It was eventually delivered, and they could not even turn it on. I asked that someone attends to it immediately, but they refused to come out until the afternoon again. I told them not to bother and fixed the machine myself.
