NEVER AGAIN....

After I had booked to have a Bergens technician come assess our washing machine on site, they arrived and uplifted it while I was not at home- our domestic assisted them. 3 days later received a quote for R3700 claiming the PCB board was faulty. After I declined the quote, I had them bring the machine back, only to find it in a terrible state, scratched and with a massive dent. I had an independent technician come give me a second opinion, and they found the PC board to be in perfect condition, except Bergens had maliciously cut one of the power wires leading to the draining pump. I had heard poor reviews about this group before, however underestimated the extent they would go to. The technicians tell me this is not the first time they have seen this type of behavior from Bergens, and I would strongly discourage anyone from using this filthy group.
