Missing part from our machine

Oakdene branch-We took our Speedqueen machine in for repairs about 2 months ago. We had to call them after not hearing from them to find out what the problem with the machine was. They then informed us they needed to replace a part at a cost we couldn't afford. We asked them to return the machine and they took more than two weeks and , we had to call everyday. When they returned the machine it had a missing plug and when I called in they they told us that the machine came in with no plug, which is not true. She then later agreed to come in and fit in the plug. I have called almost everyday and they have promised to bring it everyday for two weeks. Their service is shocking and I would not recommend it to anyone !!!
