They are honestly the worst. My mom sent 2 fridges to get fixed. Within a week of getting them back, they went back to not working. She calls them again to take a look at the appliances. All of a sudden there's another issue they had not mentioned in their first diagnosis that now needs more money to fix. They're ****mers. On top of that, their customer service is the worst.
