Incorrect Invoicing

An invoice was sent accidentally to me from Bryanston Branch for the amount of R750,00 with banking details attached for the repair of my dish washer, assuming this was intended for me (as my dish washer had been picked up the day before) i paid the amount that day. My dishwasher was actually at the fourways branch and and the next day I recieved a new bill for the repair from them aswell, I spoke to Derrick to explain the matter and he said he said could either credit the other brach or pay me back, he opted to pay me back into my account and now 2 weeks later he has not. i spoke to him today again and he told me he was busy and would have to be patient, with this being their error of billling i would appriciate some effort to rectify the situation.
