Incompetant *******

<p>I strongly advise that should anyone wish to have an appliance repaired they do not consider using Bergen`s Randpark Ridge. They collected my broken fridge with spare PC boards i had purchased from the dealer and i paid R500 for the collection fee. Two weeks past, no call back and i then called and was informed they could not repair the fridge. after daily calls to return the item they eventually did return the fridge to me after 5 days but with no PC boards. After yet again daily calls they informed me the boards were returned with the fridage which they were not. Basically i paid R500 for them to ***** my boards which cost R2000 from the Samsung dealer. They are incompetant and *******, be aware!</p>
