how they treat and speak to people

i writing this with a very sore heart,i have never being treated so mad and spoke to so rude by a person,my dishwasher went into bergen for the pipe was leaking i has to send it back four times before they fixs it right,the women on the phone was so rude to me i can only image what why she talks to her employees,i rang her yesterday as my dishwasher had no power to it,she told me i have never in 10 years had a machine like yours.i told the women of they fixs it ring in the first place then i would not have to keep sending it back.she told me on the phone we not taking the machine back to the shop.the guys come out yesterday and they said they where told not to bring the machine back to the shop, i will never use bergen in randhart albeton every again.and i tell all my friends and family not to use them.
