Horrible customer service

Worst service ever. I handed in an appliance for repair on the 4th of Feb 2020. This was sent to another branch for repairs. I have been to the parkrand shop multiple times. And as they are open and working as an essential service. The manager at that branch is no help at all.i have even tried to get into contact with James, the person repairing my machine. requesting an answer regarding when I will receive this back. Person will not take my call or reply to my messages.
