I would prefer to give a negative rating, but it is not allowed. Never in my life have I received such poor service! From the onset I should have realized how poor the service was going to be!! The Bergen's brand should be ashamed of the Vereeniging branch. Nothing but constant stories! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY AND BANK BALANCE!
