…help me make sense of this…

SO APPARENTLY BERGENS RIVONIA’s call out is R650…for a 1st & 2nd call out.

The customer gets a quote & is responsible for parts. I was told parts are coming from PTA

I made the inquiry 21 June 2023 I made said call out fee deposit 12 July I called 2 weeks after said deposit was made coz no one bothered to call or make the appointment. When the appointment was made their guys got lost…& went to the wrong address didn’t pitch. When the second appointment was made they arrived 2hours late took out the parts of the oven I had already told them was broken took them 30mins… Spring has sprung & its September 2023

Am I wrong for asking for the balance of the call out fee?

When their service was absolutely deplorable, their communication is shocking & not forthcoming….the justification of their version of events is shocking help me make sense!?!… #bergensrivonia Bergens Rivonia
