Freezer Appliance Repair

What shocking service I got from Bergens repairs in Randburg. I poked a hole in my deep freeze on Friday. I called to make arrangements for a repair. They asked for a photo and quoted me R550 for call out and 1 hour labor. I paid immediately. They came on Saturday and then left saying they did not need to do anything. I had to call and complain explaining I needed my hole repaired otherwise I could never clean the freezer with water defrosting and going into the hole at the bottom. They said they would be back on Tuesday. They called this morning to say they will come but I must now pay an extra R150 for Silicon. Are you kidding me. What appliance was the R550 for. Definitely will not use them again. R700 for Silicon. Sis
