Fed up and disgusted

I have had numerous dealing with Bergens at The Glen and never receive any respite. The manager seems to be too slick and lacks customer service. I have on numerous occasions mentioned the importance of having my washing machine on time. They fix it a few weeks later something breaks and this is all costly. My advice is either take your appliances to Hirsch's or directly to the manufacturer for repairs.
