Failure to return goods

I had asked Bergens to give me a quote on my washing machine that was leaking, but still in working order. They said they would collect it and give me a free quote. If I was happy with the quote they were to repair it, if not they would return my machine free of charge<br> They have not returned my machine despite numerous calls .Each time I have called Elena has had an excuse lined up. They collected the washing machine on 02/02/2015.
