Expensive and lack of service

Bergens retail crossing, collected my dishwasher. I had to call them atleast 3 times to get quote. Finally third time lucky I actually do get a call back. No formal quote just a verbal (thank goodness I have call recording app) to tell me that a pipe and pc board will cost 3400.00 ..hello I can buy a brand new dishwasher for that price or a few rands more...terrible service and really cheating people of there hard earned cash.
