DO NOT USE BERGENS

The guys have been to my house 8 times and my oven is still not in working order. Haydn has no customer service experience and yells at his customers. There is a 3 month guarantee which is null and void as they don't honour that and my oven knobs are extremely hot after I switch off the oven and is a safety hazard in our house. I should have read all the bad reviews first before paying them the exact amount as a new Whirlpool oven.

I also emailed the head office with all the facts but have had no response.
