Disgusted

<p>I hope many people read this</p> <p>i got bergens to come out and fix my warm fridge when they arrived more worried about how they will be paid there call out fee, they proceeded to tell me vapor fan is broken. I asked them to fix this and the next day they came out and replaced this costing me 2700,00 only for this not to have been the problem.<br />5 call outs later two weeks in,the owner Marc comes out with his Tec proceeds to tell me the fridge is cold, which I then am shocked at his response, after a long discussion he leaves a themometer in and says the fridge must not be opens for 5 hours he will then be back to check, well the reading is 10.7 degrees this fridge is not cooling down. I got AEG Tec out now Danie he said there was some ice stuck in the back unfroze it and immediately the reading goes down to 3. How is this possible I have paid 2700 for someone who has no clue. Absolutely disgusted. Beware of Bergen Fourways what a *******</p>
