Disappointed

Good day My stove was repaired by this company yesterday 09/11/22. Job was paid upfront R3145.76 for: replacement of bottom and top elements in the oven. They return it yesterday 16:00. Because it was loadshedding we thought it fixed so we will be able to use it. After the power came back on at 18:00, we were still without power. We called an emergency electrician to come sort out the problem why we are without power. Just to find out that the stove wiring was connected incorrectly therefore, the electricity trip just after the power came back on. We were in the dark from 18:30 until 20:00. R1200.00 Later for the electrician that came out. Please explain how could we be happy with service like this.
