Delays repairs in order to sell off appliance's

I've booked my washing machine for repairs at Bergen's Eldoraigne and been waiting for nearly a month for a fault report for insurance purposes. I phoned them daily for the report but don't get any response or feedback. This franchise deliberately delay these reports and then repair the units only to be sold for a bigger profit than what the actual repair would cost would have been. This is clearly theft.
