De La Ray Bergens - Bad service

Last year, end of June, we took our dishwasher in for repairs and the replaced everything costing R2000. WE only moved into our new place end of November so we have only been using the newly repaired dishwasher for 4 months and the motor has blown, which was replaced the last time we took it there!!! How can a NEW motor be blown after 4 months?? They inform me the motor somehow got wet. But they not sure HOW?

They now want us to pay R1800 on another NEW motor...

How can something that is supposedly "NEW" only last 4 months!!!
