CREATING OWN WORK AND INCOME

I've send my Samsung fridge feezer to Berges Krugersdorp as the fridge were not cooling. After I got it back I noticesed a bad dent on the door, needless to say "they new nothing about this". About a week later we noticed that now the ice maker is not working and the freezer is not freezing . I called them and they send someone to come and have a look. This so called technician opened the fridge door and said the sensor were done! Two days later Berges called me and said the sensor would be R1700.00 as it was Samsung plus labour so a total of about R2500 to rectify the problem.

Today I stoped next to the road to have my vehicle's aircon checked, this man fixed the aircon in about 1min flat, he told me he fixes fridges as well- I took a chance and asked him to come an look at my fridge. He then pointed out that certain of the copper pypes at the back of the fridge were removed (cut off) and the freezer had absolutely no gas in. After filling the gas- the Ice maker and freezer are working 100% he charged me R500 for driving to my place and fixing the freezer.

I Im now asking myself how Berges planed to fix the problem. According to me this is purely creating income for themselves.
