Thursday 18th April @ 11hrs15 Bergens Midrand was called out to attend to my Samsung Refridgerator that had a cooling problem, the so-called technician with his assistant removed the contents of the fridge had one look at the back and declared the condenser had iced up, let it defrost for a day then it will be ok,not once did they inspect the fan or compressor for this I paid R550.00. yet their advertised price is R350.00.the tech & assistant were keen to leave as it was the long weekend -- ******* artists Bergens five minute visual.
