Complete and total incompetence

We took out 5year old wirlpool washing machine to Bergens Randburg on Saturday as it was making a screaching sound on the spin cycle, today Wednesday they contacted us with a quote for the repair (10200) as they said it is the Actuator pump and the PC board that has gone and the repair would take 30days as they would have to wait for the parts. As the machine was more than half that price when we bought it we decided to decline the quote and collect the unit. The problem now is when I put the machine on were before it only had the sound when spinning it is completely defective lights flashing water pouring in and draining and tub spinning al at the same time, not to mention the scratches that were not there before. They gave my machine back in worse condition than when we delivered it to them. This is one company that is not to be trusted with your appliances, as they clearly do not know what they are doing.
