Burgens Appliance Care Rivonia

Contacted Burgens Appliance Care Rivonia to send a technician out to see what was wrong with my washing machine. Technicians came out and were told that they have to take the washing machine in order to replace the pump and switch on the machine. They phoned me the next morning with a exceptionally high quote. I declined the quote and asked for my washing machine to please be returned. I then got another phone call the following morning, that they have managed to source other parts for half the price of the previous quote, which was still exorbitantly high. I declined the second quote and requested for my machine to be returned. It took them 4 days to return my washing machine. I took my machine to another reputable company, of which I was told, the pump or switch did not need to be replaced and only the filter needed to be cleaned out.

This is supposed to be a reputable business, helping people who are not clued up with washing machines for example, and seems all they have tried to do is rob us blind.

Disgusting service, and even worse management.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would do so.

Definitely do not recommend this company.
