BERGENS SOUTHGATE

Bergens Southgate sent my washing machine for repairs , was quoted for a boot rubber and a drain pipe after the repairs he machine went in twice after that as it was not draining the water when spinning also foam is coming out of the machine when spinning, spoke to a lady who advised that I am using too much washing powder or liquid, such nonsense as I cannot repeat this error every time I do washing machine. I must keep sending the machine and need to pay for laundry now, SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH !!!!!
