Bergen's shocking service

My washing machine was returned leaking more than before. They then kept machine another 6 weeks promising me a loan one which never materialised. They quoted me a further R3000 to fix it after I had already paid R2500. The Franchisor is very rude and couldn't care less about the customer. I would never recommend anyone goes there.
