Bergens Randburg-Bad service with an attitude

We had our fridges' compressor replaced by Bergens Randburg. They left us with a leaking noisy fridge. When we called back to ask for help, the manager, Rudi, responded with sarcasm and attitude. They have been back 3 times and the fridge still sounds like a fork in a blender.

They also gave us advice on another fridge which resulted in the fridge being off without our knowledge and the loss of over a thousand rand of meat.

If you want a good experience, customer service and quality parts, don't bother with this provider...
