The service I received at Bergen's Parkrand Boksburg no words can explain it, the collected my fridge just before Christmas and it was raining and they didn't cover my fridge and she that lady on the WhatsApp photo said she will address it and I even complained and didn't received a quote or any response from them until after 2 weeks. finally got a quote and they tell me my fridge needs e new compressor and its going to cost me R3500, to my surprise because other quotes that I received both confirmed its just a regas, so I told that lady to just bring my fridge back as I cannot afford the R3500K I might as well buy a new fridge and sell this one, the fridge was brought back after I send multiple WhatsApp messages. so now when i tried to sell the fridge the buyer told me the cooling coil has been damaged at the back which was a surprise because when Bergen's took my fridge that coil was not damaged, it cost me a sale as I couldn't sell my fridge any longer and when it was fixed I was charged as little as R750 for the regas, so my warning to the customers trying to get those ****** to fix their appliances think twice because they will damage your appliances if you dont agree with the quote. I am going to make the public aware of this I am even going to post on X and Facebook, as a business you are going to lose more clients you will see.
