Bergen's Florida - complete lack of service

If you're in the mood for a bad experience, head on down to Bergens Florida. Michelle, the receptionist, is the most unprofessional person in the southern hemisphere. After having your appliance for almost 4 weeks, they cannot tell you what is wrong, Michelle never knows what is going on and is apparently unable to ask a technician, and according to her, the owner is never there. Your machine gets returned and works for only one week, and now has been back at Bergens for another fun filled 10 days with no feedback and no idea what's wrong with it (again). To make matters worse, when you eventually question Michelle about her and the team's service ethics, Michelle puts the phone down in your ear.
